1. Japanese Whisky Sour
Ingredients:
- 6 cl Japanese whisky
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- ice cubes
- Lemon zest for garnishing
Preparation:
- Place the Japanese whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
- Add some ice cubes and shake vigorously until the egg whites are well distributed.
- Pour the cocktail through a sieve into a glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lemon zest and enjoy it chilled.
2. Tokyo Mule
Ingredients:
- 6 cl Japanese whisky
- 2 cl lime juice
- 12 cl ginger beer
- ice cubes
- Cucumber slice for garnishing
Preparation:
- Pour the Japanese whisky and lime juice into a glass with ice cubes.
- Stir lightly to mix the ingredients.
- Fill the glass with ginger beer.
- Garnish the cocktail with a slice of cucumber and serve it well chilled.
3. Sakura Highball
Ingredients:
- 6 cl Japanese whisky
- 12 cl soda water
- 1 teaspoon cherry blossom syrup
- ice cubes
- Cherry blossom for decoration
Preparation:
- Pour the Japanese whisky and cherry blossom syrup into a glass with ice cubes.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Fill the glass with soda water.
- Decorate the cocktail with a cherry blossom and serve it well chilled.
