In early 2021, the Shizuoka Distillery launched its first bottling. This single malt whisky was distilled in a direct wood-fired still. After a little over 3 years of aging in bourbon casks, it was bottled at a hefty 55%. The only 5000 bottles that were filled were sold out in hours.
Only one bottle per person and household.
