In early 2022, the Shizuoka Distillery launched its first bottling. This single malt whisky was distilled in a direct wood-fired still. After just over three years of maturation in bourbon casks, it was bottled at a robust 55% ABV. Only imported barley was used. The limited 2,500 bottles sold out within hours.
