This single malt from Akashi was aged for three years in the house's own sake casks and bottled at 50% abv in 2018. Despite only being aged for three years, it already has a very intense aroma of sake and malt whisky. An exceptional bottling!
Aroma: Walnut, vanilla yogurt and malt
Taste: Bittersweet oranges later banana, pear and apple
Aftertaste: Pleasant mild peat, leather and black tea leaves
