This 5-year-old single cask malt whisky matured for 3 years in American white oak casks and 2 years in a Tequila Anejo cask before being bottled at 61%. Compared to the 3-year-old version, it is less malty and has a slightly more refined whisky aroma. A total of only 396 bottles were produced for the Japanese spirits distributor Shinanoya.
