This gin from the Sochou maker Nishi Shuzo from Kagoshima captivates with its light anise note. A total of 24 botanicals were used, which is quite a lot for a Japanese gin. These include yuzu, licorice, mint, and lemon peel. The word "tsukusu" (尽くす) means to exert oneself.
