In the 1990s, these bottles were very popular among Japanese businessmen. You could buy a ready-made Mizuwari (the whisky is topped up with two parts water and then drunk with ice): It used a Suntory Special Reserve Blend reduced to 12% ABV. These bottles are hard to find today, especially if they still have the thin outer packaging.
