This special bottle was only given to select subscribers of Newsweek magazine in Japan. It was released on January 23, 1986, to mark the magazine's launch in Japan. It was bottled with Suntory Old Whisky. An absolute rarity, as this bottle is no longer available anywhere. We were surprised that we were still able to find one.
The bottle and slipcase show signs of storage and use due to their age!
Taste: On the palate with oranges, light spices and light malty elements
Aftertaste: Short and flat finish, but not unpleasant
