Shizuoka Distillery Single Cask "Jwhisky Adler" 2021-969 Non-Peated

We are proud to present the 2022 continuation of our Japanese bottling. It is the second release in a new series that will come to market over the coming years. As the fourth whisky in the series, we selected an unpeated single cask whisky from the Shizuoka Distillery. This whisky was distilled in the last surviving pot still from Karuizawa and matured in bourbon casks for more than 3 years before being bottled at a robust 52.7% ABV. It contains no added coloring and is non-chill-filtered. Only 56 bottles were produced.

The label features an eagle from a famous 19th-century Japanese painting. The design was printed on traditional Japanese washi paper.

Limit of one bottle per person and household.

For logistical reasons, we cannot accommodate requests for specific bottle numbers.
