In mid-2023, the Shizuoka Distillery launched this second edition of Potstill K Local Barley, using only Japanese barley. This single malt whisky was distilled in the only remaining still of the legendary Karuizawa distillery. After just over three years of maturation in bourbon casks, it was bottled at a robust 55% ABV.
