In mid-2022, the Shizuoka Distillery launched its first bottling, using exclusively Japanese barley. This single malt whisky was distilled in the only remaining still of the legendary Karuizawa distillery. After just over three years of maturation in bourbon casks, it was bottled at a robust 55% ABV. The limited 2,500 bottles sold out within hours and were intended for the Japanese market only.

Only one bottle per person and household.
