In 2017, Sabumaru / Wakatsuru launched this limited-edition bottling on the Japanese market. Only 500 bottles were produced. The whisky was aged for 27 years in bourbon casks. The malt used was 50 ppm, meaning it was heavily peated. Only select malt whiskies from the distillery, at least 27 years old, were used for this single malt.
