The Rokkosan Distillery is one of many new distilleries to have opened in Japan in recent years. It is located on Mount Rokko near Osaka. For this bottling, at least 12-year-old malt and grain whiskies were purchased and blended on-site. Because the distillery is very small, the output of this whisky was very small.
