At the beginning of 2020, the Osuzuyama Distillery launched its first gin on the Japanese market. All botanicals were locally produced exclusively for this gin, including yuzu, ginger, and kumquat. Sochu, a potato spirit, was used as the base alcohol. The result is a fresh, slightly sweet gin of exceptional quality.
