This gin from Okinawa uses the local rice spirit Awomori as its base alcohol. In addition to juniper, a total of eight local botanicals are used (ginger, guava leaves, passion fruit, mango, peppermint, lemongrass, peach, and lemon). The head bartender of Bar Lifet in Tokyo co-developed this limited-edition gin.
