Niigata Kameda OHTANI Whisky No.2 Capricorn

OHTANI Whisky No.2 Capricorn is a Japanese single malt from the Niigata Kameda Distillery and the second part of the "Zodiac Sign Series". It is made from peated malt, primarily matured in first-fill bourbon casks, and refined with sherry cask components. The aroma combines smoke, plum, vanilla, apple, and Muscat, while dried figs, ginger, nuts, dark chocolate, and a delicate minerality dominate on the palate. The long finish combines gentle peat smoke with a pleasant sweetness.
