Until 2003, the Ocean/Karuizawa Distillery produced regular blends for everyday consumption alongside its famous single cask bottlings. This special bottling was released in 2003 to celebrate the Hanshin Tigers' 2003 Japanese Baseball Championship victory. The 900ml bottling was only available in bars and was never available for sale in the open market.
