This strictly limited bottling, available only for the USA and selected European countries, was finished in sherry casks. A total of only 3,132 bottles were produced at 46% ABV. This is one of two bottles released by Nikka in 2018 that have already sold out everywhere. Only one bottle per person and household!
Aroma: Aromas of smoked bacon, a little caramel, peat, sherry and salted butter
Taste: On the palate black and red fruits, peat, some smoke, peach and plum
Aftertaste: Long and rich, slightly medicinal finish with peat, liquorice and a hint of sherry
