This Nikka blend from the 1980s was created from three different whisky types. Malt, grain, and rye whiskies were used for this malt, hence the addition of "Triad" (three) in the title.

The design of the bottle label may vary slightly.

Aroma: Smell of cloves, raisins, tobacco and slightly toffee
Taste: Taste of toffee, raisins, ginger, orange, marzipan and yogurt
Aftertaste: Short finish with marzipan, oranges and some yogurt
