In the 1990s, major Japanese whisky producers experimented with new bottlings that, due to their low alcohol content, weren't really whisky. Nikka No Side is one such example, with only 35% ABV. It was also a phenomenal flop and quickly disappeared from the shelves. Therefore, these bottles are very rare.
