This Junmai Daiginjo is produced using the traditional "Fukuro Tsuri" (bag hanging method), in which the sake is filtered in a bag immediately after fermentation to preserve its purity and delicate aroma. This sake is not pressed using a mechanical press as is usually the case. It is characterized by an elegant, complex aroma with fruity and floral notes, as well as a velvety texture. A particularly refined treat for sake lovers!
