This bottling is the third from Nagahama. Bottled in mid-2019 at 47% abv, it blends only select malt whiskies from the distillery, finished in Miznara casks, and from around the world. This step was necessary because the distillery hadn't yet produced enough whisky to warrant a bottling with whiskies from its own distillery. Amahagan is simply Nagahama spelled backwards.
