Mizubasho Pure is an elegant, finely bubbled sparkling sake from Gunma Prefecture, produced by the renowned Nagai Shuzo Brewery. This fine sparkling sake is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method (Méthode Champenoise) – like high-quality champagne – and impresses with its purity and refinement.

It is considered one of Japan's first premium sparkling sakes and is suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fine cuisine.
