This whisky is a bottling from before the distillery briefly closed in early 2010. This bottling dates back to the 1990s, and only a few bottles of the 8-year-old were produced. Only malt whiskies from both Mars distilleries were used. This also includes whiskies from the Kagoshima distillery, which has since closed. A journey into the past of Mars whiskies.
Aroma: Fruits, sherry, honey and some peat
Taste: Pepper, malt, sherry, coconut and some peat
Aftertaste: long, pleasant earthy finish with malt and peppermint
