This single malt, limited to 9,000 bottles, was released on the Japanese market in 2019. Peated and unpeated malt whiskies from the Shinshu distillery were used for this single malt. These were aged in bourbon casks. Compared to the 2018 bottling, this one is fruitier and even more balanced.
Aroma: Fruity with apricot and orange marmalade
Taste: Soft with melons, sweet condensed milk and quinces.
Aftertaste: Soft medium-length finish
