Ki No Bi SEI uses the same 11 botanicals as the classic Ki No Bi, but focuses on its blend with tonic water. This makes this gin ideal for gin and tonics. It is also bottled at 54.5% (Navy Strength).
Aroma: Juniper, yuzu and green Sancho pepper
Taste: Round with hints of yuzu and juniper with a pleasant spiciness.
