Ki No Bi Dry Gin is made with traditional sake made from base alcohol, which gives the gin a slightly bitter flavor. Botanicals used include juniper, ginger, green Sancho pepper, and yuzu. This special 1.8-liter bottle is exclusively for the Japanese market, as this is the traditional fill volume for large sake bottles in Japan.
Aroma: Juniper, yuzu and green Sancho pepper
