3 months ago, Kirin launched this new version of the very popular Fuji Sanroku 50° in Japan. The bottle now holds 700 ml instead of 600 ml and has not been cold filtered. This makes it even more aromatic, complex and a little milder on the finish. The location of the Kirin distillery in the immediate vicinity of Mount Fuji makes this blend something special and is popular with connoisseurs around the world.

 

Aroma: Scent of caramelized popcorn, vanilla and a very light alcohol note that does not bother
Taste: On the palate somewhat strong with dominant notes of caramelized popcorn, oak and dried pear
Aftertaste: Light, strong finish which quickly ends in a finale of caramelized popcorn, minerals and malt
