Karuizawa / Ocean Bright 5 Years 80s (Suntory Kakubin Copy)

With this bottling, Ocean wanted to share in the success of Suntory Kakubin Yellow. They copied the bottle shape almost 100% and bottled a bright whisky that had been aged for at least five years. Naturally, Suntory immediately took action against this copy, and the bottling quickly disappeared from the Japanese market. Today, this bottle is extremely rare. Due to its age, the bottle shows signs of storage and use. There's a small dent in the screw cap, but it doesn't affect its tightness.
