Kanosuke Single Malt 2021 First Edition

In 2021, the distillery, which opened in 2017, launched its first single malt on the Japanese market. The exact number of bottles is unfortunately unknown, but given the distillery's small size, it won't be many. The whisky was aged in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held shochu (a Japanese spirit made from rice or potatoes). This single malt was bottled at a robust 58% ABV.
