Only select Yamada Nishiki rice was used for this ginjo. The sake was aged in a cedar barrel for several weeks in the traditional way before bottling, imparting a beautiful woody note. This sake was bottled exclusively for the Sushi & Soul restaurant in Munich and is now available exclusively from JSake. This sake can be enjoyed at room temperature or warm.
