Ichiro's Malt Chichibu Single Cask #7081 For Hanshin Bourbon Peated Barrel is a special single malt whisky matured in a single cask. It matured for almost eight years before being bottled at 63% ABV. Only 191 bottles were produced. It comes from the Chichibu distillery and was bottled specifically for the Hanshin Department Store. This whisky is strongly characterized by the use of peated (smoked) malt, which gives it a smoky note. Maturation in a bourbon cask provides additional sweetness and vanilla flavors that blend harmoniously with the smoky character. Overall, this whisky is a complex and intense experience for lovers of smoky and unique single malts.
