For the Hibiki 21 Years, only selected malt and grain whiskies aged at least 21 years from the distilleries Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita were blended together.
These were finished in Umshu (plum wine) barrels, giving it its characteristic sweet and fruity note.
The Old Kacho Fugetsu Edition is presented in a sophisticated glass bottle dedicated to the theme of "Kacho Fugetsu." This design was created in collaboration with various Japanese artists and is intended to embody the beauty of Japanese nature. The bottle features the sacred Mount Fuji.
This special edition is strictly limited and only available in Japan.
