Eigashima / White OAK KIRI CASK #61191 Single Cask Single Malt Whisky

This single malt whisky is something very special because only a very small number of bottles of this single cask bottling were produced. It was stored in European oak barrels for the first 3 years before being further aged for 2 years in old red wine barrels. After 5 years it is then bottled in the Eigashima typical 0.5 liter bottle, with 58% alcohol. It impresses with its balance and the red wine note it has acquired in its last two years.
