This small distillery in Sapporo, Hokkaido, produces very small batches of gin and experiments with different flavors. The 9148 #3891 Gin was a limited-edition bottling in spring 2020. It uses 16 botanicals, including currants, coffee beans, and red truffle. Very thin silver flakes were also added to the gin.
