At the end of 2020, Japan's northernmost distillery launched its first full-bodied bottling. Previously, all new makes and whiskies were bottled only in 700ml bottles. This bottling used whiskies from bourbon, wine, sherry, and Mizunara casks. This whisky gets its smoky note from local peat from Hokkaido. A total of only 15,000 bottles were produced worldwide.
