The renowned Scottish bottler Blackadder launched this 3-year-old single cask bottling, Akashi White Oak, on the Japanese market in early 2018. Distilled in June 2014, the whisky matured for more than 3 years in an Oloroso sherry cask before being bottled at 61.5% ABV in November 2015. A total of only 847 bottles were produced.
