At the end of 2020 the northernmost distillery in Japan brought the first real bottling onto the market. Before, all New Makes and whiskys were only bottled in 700ml bottles. Whiskys from bourbon, wine, sherry and mizunara barrels were used for this filling. This whisky gets its smoky note from the local peat that comes from Hokkaido. In total there were only 15,000 bottles worldwide.
Only one bottle per person and household.
