Wakatsuru launched this limited-edition blend on the Japanese market at the end of 2019. Only house-made grain and malt whiskies with a minimum age of five years were used for this blend, which was then finished in red wine casks for one year. This gave it a more robust and fruity character in addition to its smoky notes.
