In September 2021, the Japanese liquor retailer Chagata Park brought this single cask bottling onto the Japanese market. This whisky was distilled in the last existing potstill of the Karuizawa and stored in bourbon barrels for more than 3 years before it was bottled at a hefty 64.1%. A total of only 210 bottles were filled.
Only one bottle per person and household.
