This whisky was introduced to the Japanese market in the early 80s as a special edition in this futuristic bottle by Kirin. Since this daring bottle design was not accepted in Japan at that time, only very few bottles were produced and are therefore very rare. A very mild and round blend from the Kirin distillery at the foot of Mount Fuji was filled.
