In the 2000s, Kirin-Gotemba started bringing the kunpu (Japanese for breeze) onto the market every year. This bottling is one of the first from the 2000s. At that time, this blend was still bottled at 37% and in a 720ml bottle. Today these bottles are extremely rare, as only very few were produced each year and were only sold in the distillery shop.
