The manufacturer's bottlings are still strictly limited. The capacity of the distillery is still manageable with an annual production of 90,000 liters. The distillery has specialized entirely in single malt whiskeys. The malt for Chichibu Whiskey is imported from the British malthouse Simson and a German malthouse. All variations of Chichibu Whiskey have now secured an excellent reputation on the market for quality whiskey.
