The special Yamazaki 12 bottling dates back to the late 80s. At that time there was no single malt whisky in Japan and therefore all single malts from Japan were called "Pure Malt". This Yamazaki 12 was bottled in a porcelain bottle from the Japanese city of Arita, which is known for its especially porcelain.
A unique collector's bottle!
The bottle is slightly dirty on the wood cork but all the seals are still intact.
