This 5 year old single cask malt whiskey matured for 3 years in American manner oak barrels and 2 years in Tequila Anejo Cask before it was bottled with 61%. Compared to the 3-year variant, it is no longer so malty and has a slightly finer whiskey aroma. In total, less than 350 bottles were filled for the Japanese spirit retailer Sake Shop Honmamon.
