For this bottling from the 90s, only whiskys from the Ocean and Karuizawa distillery were used. The name White comes through the uncoloured whisky. Mercian closed both distilleries in 2003 and was demolished. Anyone who has always wanted to try a Karuizawa whisky can strike here, as a good portion of the whisky comes from the Karuizawa distillery.
