For the Ki No Bi Dry Gin, traditional sake alcohol is used, giving the gin a slightly tart taste. As botanicals are used in addition to juniper, including ginger, green Sancho pepper and yuzu. This special 1.8-liter bottle is for the Japanese market only, as it is the traditional fill for large sake bottles in Japan.
