Manufactured by Shibata Shuzo from Kagoshima Prefecture, only selected botenicals are used. We use our own Sochu as the basic alcohol. In addition to juniper, ume (Japanese plum) was used as the main botanical for this special gin. This gives this gin its very fruity note.
