Eigashima / White OAK KIRI CASK #61191 Single Cask Single Malt Whisky

This single malt whisky is something very special, because of this single cask bottling only a very small amount of bottles were bottled. The first 3 years it was stored in European oak barrels, before it is further expanded for 2 years in old red wine barrels. After 5 years he is then bottled in the typical Eigashima 0.5 liter bottle, with 58% alcohol. He impresses with his balance and the red wine note he has received in his last two years.
