The second whisky from the Nature Shinshu series. With a circulation of only 5725 bottles, this single malt was launched in 2016. The whiskys were stored in old bourbon barrels and got a Weinfassfinsh in house barrels. In addition to the 3 year old malt whiskys also 20 year olds were used. Kohiganzakura is a flower found in the vicinity of the distillery and is related to the famous Japanese cherry trees.
